Je suis un bâtisseur motivé par le désir de laisser une trace de beauté dans les villes d’Amérique du Nord. Chez Ramp-Art, nous collaborons avec les architectes pour réaliser l’inédit avec des garde-corps qui protègent autant qu’ils embellissent chaque édifice. J'ai grandi à Sept-Îles. Mon grand-père était un bâtisseur qui m'a transmis le désir de construire. Ensuite, au dépanneur de mes parents, j'ai découvert la valeur de la relation client. En offrant un service personnalisé, notre chiffre d’affaires a triplé en 18 mois! Plus tard, j'ai appris l’existence d’une banque flottante qui voguait jusqu'aux communautés éloignées du Nord. J'ai appris l’anglais et je suis devenu ce banquier itinérant qui dormait avec le coffre-fort sous son lit de marin! Ensuite, j'ai été envoyé à Kuujjuaq pour un remplacement de deux mois, qui a duré deux ans, et mon employeur, une grande banque canadienne, m'a aidé à finaliser mes études universitaires en administration. Ma fibre entrepreneuriale m'a amené à acquérir Ramp-Art, où je cherche depuis à faire grandir le capital bonheur tout autant que le capital-actions. En 2010, j'ai participé à la première cohorte de l’École d’Entrepreneurship de Beauce et j'ai gagné encore plus de clarté sur ma vision d’avenir et mes forces stratégiques.******I am a builder who is motivated by a strong desire to leave a trace of beauty in major North American cities. The aluminium and glass railings that Ramp-Art manufactures and designs in collaboration with architects enable me to do just that, by protecting the users of buildings and enhancing their visual and structural appeal.I grew up in Sept-Îles, where everyone felt like they were part of a big family. My grandfather was a builder who passed talent and passion down through the family line. I first discovered the value of customer relations at my parents' convenience store. By being kind and offering personalized service, I helped triple the company's sales in 18 months. One day I heard about a bank on a boat that travelled to remote northern communities. So I learned English and joined a major Canadian bank as an itinerant banker who slept with a safe under his bed on the boat! After a while, I was sent to Kuujjuaq and stayed there for two years. Meanwhile, the bank helped me finish a degree in administration. This eventually led to my work at Ramp-Art, where I cultivate joy and positive outcomes. In 2010, I participated in the first cohort of the École d’Entrepreneurship de Beauce. It provided me further clarity to my vision and strategic strength.
