Provide strategic guidance, management and support to the Berkshire Regional Properties of Main Street Hospitality Group. Lead, supervise and develop the performance of all departments at The Red Lion Inn including Front Office, Sales, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Security, Reservations and Maintenance to insure the highest possible levels of guest.

• Responsible for overseeing guest satisfaction for three distinct properties; Old Edwards Inn and Spa (Realis and Chateau), 200 Main and Half Mile Farm and four Estate Homes totaling over 200 Rooms. Overseeing direct.
• Lead Reservations, Front Office, Guest Services and Concierge Teams. Working with SMS, Digital Alchemy and Navis systems
• Lead Housekeeping Services. Including supervision of 3 Managers and 6 Supervisors.
• Lead Transportation Services. Including supervision of Drivers and maintenance of fleet of 22 vehicles.
• Lead Laundry Services. Including supervision of Manager and 2 Supervisors.
• Preparation of operating budgets, capital budgets, and forecasts, and analysis of financial performance as well as the ability to monitor and manage financial performance to meet business goals and objectives..

• Primary Responsibilities
• Interpret guest satisfaction survey data and share results with leadership team, department managers, and the Business Unit Directors.
• Develop policies and procedures that enhance guest satisfaction.
• Facilitate projects and programs to enhance and improve NPS scores.
• Ability to deal with highly sensitive correspondence and telephone calls in an efficient, compassionate and professional manner.
• Follow up with all detractor surveys with 24 hours of receiving them.

Responsibilities include overall guest satisfaction and recognition through out The Greenbrier. Continuing and improving on The Greenbrier’s legendary hospitality, particularly with the resort’s Windsor Club. Lead Reservations, Front Office, Guest Services and Concierge. • Responsible for planning, staffing, and administration of all Rooms Division activities within the Cloister Hotel and other operations w/n the Sea island Campus
• Leadership of a team of over 9 direct reports and 275 plus employees and the ability to interview, hire, train, and manage the performance and development of direct reports in accordance with company standards
• Preparation of operating budgets, capital budgets, and forecasts, and analysis of financial performance as well as the ability to monitor and manage financial performance to meet business goals and objectives
• Creation and maintenance of five-star/five diamond service standards, and responsibility for service delivery consistent with these standards
