The IT Manager provides vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives. To direct, plan, organize and control all activities of the MIS Department in support of program and business operations to ensure the effective, efficient and secure operation of all information technology and systems.

Attain new business through various sales activities including (but not limited to) prospecting, telemarketing, and networking activities and events.Manage all new and existing customer relationships with a consultative approach throughout the full sales cycle including the resolution of customer services issues as well as identifying growth potential and solutions.Deliver phones to customers and educate customer on basic functions and features of the phone and service.Participate in marketing events such as networking groups, seminars, trade shows, and other events.Prepare a variety of reports including sales funnel, transaction activity, and customer information files.

Designed and installed new school computer networks.Responsible for curriculum and student management.Conducted in-service training for faculty and administration staff in various software and online programs.Assisted and tutored students in a computer-based learning environment with various academic subjects.

Traveled to various locations across the U.S.Trained school district staff in the use of the computer-based student and staff information system Power School.Created training material as needed according to the training situation.

Managed computer networks at two locations in the Pittsburgh area.Trained staff in the use of the computer-based learning system at various learning centers across Pennsylvania.Prepared lesson plans and taught two classes of Cisco networking, one class of Desktop Courses, and two classes of Web Design.
