This position also entails the following duties. • Interface with the building representative and abatement contractor during the scheduling of projects. • Manage upwards of 20 team members to conduct air monitoring duties on abatement projects spanning various sites. • Advise building representatives of pre-construction survey results and asbestos materials to be impacted by future work.• Conduct site visits of abatement project to ensure all work was being done in accordance with applicable regulations. • Estimate project costs for pre-construction surveys and air monitoring services. • Prepare final project reports, with all project information, to be submitted to the client.
