Finance Director for a Private Equity backed Bar, Restaurant & Nightclub Chain. Approached by VC owners to implement an improved financial infrastructure and provide support through to completion of eventual sale to the Luminar Group. Supported by a small team, the role involved leading on all aspects of finance, including tight cash management, complete overhaul of all processes & outputs, investment strategy, fp&a, business partnering, management accounts and due diligence through the sale process.
