The transition from the Komfort store chain to direct B2B customer service was like a collision with reality. A completely different world, a completely different market. I think it was an amazing adventure, thanks to which I learned many useful "functions" as a B2B salesperson. From private investors, through general contractors, to tenders.

My first contact with the interior industry, mainly with floors and carpets.
