Demonstrated complete full-sized, off-road EV equipped with state-of-art active balancing and telemetry system at the SELECT conference.• While managing two IC design engineers, one analog & one digital, was able to release complex power IC with microprocessor and state machine.• Designed and individually released 4 products that included all new IP, 5th product to release end of 2022. Two monolithic flyback converters and 2 flyback controllers, all special function. Solely responsible for design, bench evaluation, datasheet, applications, test plan, correlation, and product release.• Defined/Designed/Managed multi-resource, dual-die DC/AC Inverter with 3 new technology innovations. Secondary die was fabricated as best-in-class SiC driver. Developed new method to cancel input ripple by 80dB. Developed new single-wire protocol for isolated feedback/control/and data.• Designed and fabricated complex flyback controller for 6 channel series super-cap application.• Developed over 23 product definitions and roadmaps used within design group.• Developed several product lines with roadmaps/strategies for design group.• Designed and laid out 5 complex PCB designs, all with 1st turn-on.• Designed magnetics for flyback converters including high-power, very high efficiency.
