Responsible for the coordinating of local, state, and federal resources for the State of Alabama. Managing the recovery efforts of 43 counties and an estimated loss of property in excess of 2 billion dollars.

Responsible for the training, coordination, mitigation, planning, and response for all natural and man-made disasters within the county. Included developing of strong network of first responders, city and county officials, volunteer and non-profit organizations. Review and development of planning documents and response programs to ensure safety of citizens.

Developed strategy to reduce subcontractors utilized to more manageable numbers reducing overhead and administrative costs, and providing incentives to those contractors selected by increasing work load.

Responsible for contract support and increasing overall coverage in additional areas supported by customer through network development, industry analysis and promotion of expertise and coverage.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations for the central Alabama region to include customer relations, logistics management, quality control, budget maintenance and maintaining strict personnel management.

Responsible for communication designs dealing with commercial development for three counties in the River Region of Alabama to include coordination of utilities, design drawings and follow-up with building contractors, customers, utilities, and engineers.
