At PG&E I helped the Distributed Generation group improve customer education initiatives through forecasting and building a battery storage calculator for consumers to make their own data-driven decisions on purchasing residential storage. To further improve customer experience I helped build out a project A/B testing future electric bills to include renewable energy resources.

In my time at CRS I gained experience across many roles, including operations, business development, and marketing. My main projects consisted of creating and maintaining customer relationships to ensure successful use of the Green-e product, analyzing international market trends to recommend international expansion, and assisting in event coordination for the annual Renewable Energy Markets conference.Some of my highlights include:- Maintained relationships with over 40 REC-purchasing clients, ensuring successful adoption and optimizing carbon footprint reduction- Created proposals for changes to carbon offset program and Green-E renewable energy purchases- Advised existing accounts on compliance with Green-E program, educating and instructing change when needed- Maintained relationships with decision makers from electricity purchasing entities

• Consolidated and analyzed over 5,000 data sets using Excel from riparian restoration sites to help in report production for government personnel.• Led a team of 8 associates collecting and sampling over 360 quadrats to determine riparian ecosystem restoration around Redwood Creek.

- Analyzed the province for optimal market development for the sport and conducted outreach, attaining over 30 new customers- Promoted the sport to over 2,000 youth and adults across Nova Scotia with initiatives such as showcase games and multi-school tournaments to achieve greater customer retention.
