Administered the change management and source control system called StarTeam, including creating the process for using the system and training the users.Successfully redesigned and implemented an object oriented business layer for the company’s management system that integrated existing applications with the accounting system, Platinum ERA.Stabilized the code, creating greater accuracy, allowing flexibility for ongoing additions of functions, and significantly reducing the number of problems and bugs. The new system created invoices, discounts, credit memos, refunds, payments and several other types of accounting transactions.Enrolments completed in the 80 satellite offices and institutions who contracted The Princeton Review to deliver the courses were now completely integrated with the accounting system, saving administrative time, and allowing greater central control. Successfully created and implemented an application that accesses the Windows performance monitor counters to monitor multiple servers and the applications being used on the servers from a central location, using C# and WinForms.Designed the first stage of a central accounting system as a public interface usable by the other internal applications within the company and its satellite offices, using C#, Win Forms and .net web services. ETI was a small consulting company that offered computerized business systems. Successfully wrote and implemented a windows application for a small insurance brokerage company that tracked clients and their specific policies.Starting the design of the InfoRoof database. Stayed with this project when ETI became part of Digital InfoRoof Corp.

Using FoxPro, maintained and developed the National Labour Market System for use in the Unemployment Insurance Offices nationally.
