North America Head of Stock Loan Operations Manage the Americas Stock Lending Operations teams. This consists of trade support functions for Canada, Latin America and US markets. Contracts under management are for all global markets for all US lenders. Team consists of 41 individuals across multiple locations (New York, Baltimore and Mumbai) providing support to the Stock Lending trading desk.

Manage the Americas books/records reconciliation and operational control process which contains Intercompany, Sub-ledger and General Ledger accounts. Also, all of the Americas External reconciliation processes which includes DTCC, NSCC, BONY, CANADA, Latin America and Third Party Collateral. Owner of the departments Risk Management and escalation processing. Strong knowledge of end to end operational processing.Managed the Americas settlement process which included DTCC and Latin America. Managed and maintained the Buy-in process for all domestic fails as well as the DTC IPO Settlement process for new offerings. Responsible for monitoring and reporting aged and negative exposure fails to senior management.

Managed the Domestic Settlement and Fail Control process. Managed the fail monitoring and reporting process for upper management as well as the Capital Usage and Buy-ins processes. Also managed the Conversion process for clients moving there assets to and from other broker dealers. Managed the Syndicate department for initial new public offerings. Implemented a new book entry tracking system for the IPO process through DTCC.
