As a realtor, I provided advice as to how to obtain the best financing and negotiated the best price on homes for them. I was primarily a buyer’s agent working with another agent who was primarily working as a listing agent. Once I found a home for a client and they liked it, and we negotiated an agreeable price I hired professionals to inspect the property and other companies to manage the transaction. At the end of the transaction, I provided a closing gift to welcome my clients into their new home and gave them some business cards to give to their friends.

I upgraded all store systems including, new terminals and computer systems, cash registers, 2 new servers and hand-held devices and printers so they could have mobile workstations. After I built these systems, it was my job to train all employees on the use of there new computers, terminals, and software. It was my duty to maintain all the electronics in the stores. I also did marketing for this company. Creating logos, flyers, circular and other displays. When the store additions and upgrades were complete, I created a photo journal for the store at the owner’s request so that he may show off his newly updated store.

CompUSA was my first job, I was originally hired on as a cashier, then to cashier lead then to software floor manager. My primary responsibilities were to ensure customers were happy and assisted. I maintained the products ensuring the shelves were well stocked and faced while attending to customers needs. My duties also involved supervising other sales agents and tracking inventory. My supervisors maintained a watchful eye on our sales numbers and encouraged me to work with my team to ensure an efficient and knowledgeable workforce that produced strong results.
