Directing foremen and workers on site to complete tasks and grout pours in a timely manner.Talking directly with engineers and quality control to meet the standards required.Working with other trades to help them meet their scheduled completion dates.Work with management on amount of workers needed and up coming work.Working on excel and Microsoft word to make spreadsheets and org charts and supplying the foremen with the proper information to complete the job correctly.

I was brought in to take over and move jobs forward in a timely fashion dealing with the city and OH&S and engineers to get our c stamps and final occupancy.

I was over seeing small projects with small time lines. pushing them to be finished within a deadline.
