Hi, I’m Robert Molinar, but most people call me Bobby. I am in the Masters of Science for Human Resource Management program at the Mays Business School. Previously, I graduated cum laude from Rice University with a bachelor of arts in psychology and a minor in business. My psychology background provides me with a good understanding of people, and that same skillset assisted me ​when working with neurodivergent children which is what I did after my undergraduate years. In that workspace, I was able to hone my ability to work in teams and my ability to make quick decisions. In my time working with children, I earned awards for the company values of teamwork, excellence, and learning. However, I found that I most enjoyed training new hires, assisting with solving social conflicts, and creating environments for work to flow more smoothly. In addition to these soft skills, I am also an analytical person, as I can problem-solve and interpret data. In the HR field, I am most interested in compensation and benefits, employee training and development, labor relations, and organizational development. I’m excited for my switch to the HR field, and I am ready to demonstrate my skills to help your company succeed!
