Over twenty years experience in the technology sector with a specific focus in the management and drafting of technology agreements, data protection & AI compliance, commercial contracts, channel partner structuring, employment law cybersecurity and matters pertaining to sports law. During my time in the technology sector, I was engaged in financial software projects across all continents and in a diverse range of industry sectors including telecoms, automotive, pharma/medical and the defence sector. I have enjoyed being part of successful compliance initiatives including several acquisitions. I currently use this broad background to assist in the representation of my clients in both criminal and civil law.In 2022, I was awarded a Diploma in Cybersecurity from UCD with Distinction. I am a graduate of the Marketing Institute of Ireland, the University of Limerick and the Honorable Society of Kings Inns, Dublin.From a sporting perspective, I competed at 14 World Martial Arts Championships, winning Gold at the WKA (World Karate Association) World Cup held in Trier, Germany in 2004 and Gold at the Unified Martial Arts World Championships in Tuscany, Italy in 2013 and 2018. I was awarded 4 Silver & 4 Bronze medals at various World Championships between 2001 & 2017.
