Information Technology Support Analyst
Current• Maintain Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange, WiFi, Hybrid VOIP Phone System, Multi-site NVR Security Camera's, Access Control Systems, Network Switches, Hyper-V Servers and associated databases, printers, copiers, barcode printers and related verification hardware, digital bulletin boards, mobile devices, laboratory equipment, and any other technology deployed across organization.• Participate in on-call duty rotation offering mission critical support to manufacturing,packaging, and warehouse departments running 24/7.• Supervise vendor repairs, upgrades, installations, special projects, etc.• Lead classroom training or one-on-one style educational sessions covering a wide arrayof topics.
