Maintained sustainability and environmental hazards programs and maintained the site to OSHA standards. Managed and kept adequate records of the required local, state, and federal inspections at the site to include the elevator, fire alarm and sprinkler system, boiler, and OSHA inspections. Coordinated the project schedule and the sequence of construction activities for planned and unplanned projects and communicated the timeline to the GSA Building manager and tenants.Managed and directed subcontracting vendors and inspectors through various construction projects, commissioning of equipment, and project completion phases.Established and maintained the budgets for various projects and maintenance services.Prepared and submitted proposals for GSA capital expenditure projects and emergency projects at the site.
