- Manage New Store Openings for North America (U.S. and Canada) to ensure that new locations align closely with dominant consumer types, while also meeting financial targets. From the financial pro forma, to space planning's capacities, to merch's assortment finalization, to the final allocation; I collaborate with all functions of the retail back-office to ensure a successful store opening. - Created and assigned consumer types to the North Face fleet using data analytics, as well as AI. These "types" will influence how product is bought and assorted to a given door, depending on location, price elasticity, and a number of other attributes.- Manage the Full-Price Allocation team, ensuring that the execution of the pre-season intent and in-season trading align with the capacities and productivity of the Retail fleet.

- Managed the Off-Price Factory Outlet and Full-Price Concept Retail Allocation teams for adidas North America (25+ people) -- ensuring that the right product and inventory got to the right place to support $1bn+ in annual net sales. This entailed creating and executing a plan/forecast for major retail calendar dates such as Black Friday and End-of-Season mark-downs and transition.- Key Projects: Created and rolled out a standardized assortment sheet and database that was used across functions and channels; Worked with the Supply Chain team to roll out several initiates to improve the flow of product from DC to store in a supply network comprised of 5+ locations across the USA; Coordinated the systematic and logistical closure, re-opening, and product build for Ship-from-Store of the retail fleet in the COVID environment.

- Managed a team of five with the goal of getting the right full-priced product to the right stores in order to provide a premium brand experience for the consumer (as well as to achieve $200+ million in annual net sales). As allocations is the link between corporate back-office and ultimately the consumer, strong cross-functional relationships are a must and the ability to collaborate is paramount.- Key Projects: Managed the product flow process for the opening of the 5th Avenue Flagship in NYC, the Portland Employee Store (the highest volume adidas store in the world), and numerous special activation events including ComplexCon and the Super Bowl. Created and rolled out assortment planning tools that incorporated the planning, buying and planning functions of the back-office; acted as a key Retail stakeholder in the roll-out of the market-wide single stock environment.- Recognition/Up-skilling: Selected and completed the adidas leadership programs "Fit-to-Lead" and "LEAD", which brought together people leaders from all functions of the brand to share and broaden their leadership experience.
