The Parkville Association turned 50 in 2017. Parkville is the oldest suburb in Melbourne and contains beautifully maintained Victorian homes.I am working with a great committee to ensure the history of Parkville is maintained and the "village" is socially inclusive.

After a couple of years of courting I joined GEL in an advisory capacity and to Chair the organisation. As we all know COVID had a dramatic affect on our industry even more so now with Omicron. From previous experience Chairing an organisation requires considerable input and uptake of said advice. Sadly with little business during various lockdowns very hard to fulfil the role! How lucky to have held many senior and contributory roles both to my own business, multinationals, associations and clients over 50 years. I feel for those starting their journeys now and I hope this epidemic ends soon for their sake.

Through a major project i was working on I researched and found the Voyage Control system for scheduling and managing loading docks and traffic at exhibition and conference centres. The product is leading edge and was a great breakthrough for venues. Helped them with the implementation at ICC and Tennis Australia. Job done successfully and both are still clients!
