• As Research Analyst one of the over-arching objectives was to encourage the transition of research teams from a highly manual workflow process to a more efficient way of working.In essence, to champion and deploy automation solutions and the adoption of an 'automation culture'.This involved embedding with the research teams and the subsequent creation and implementation of highly customized solutions. Multiple tools developed resulted in a radical streamlining of time-intensive research processes.• Another achievement as Data Analyst was a lead role in facilitating the transition away from Sharepoint and the adoption of Google Drive and other elements of GSuite. Once again resulting in wide-ranging improvements in efficiency and data discipline for stakeholder teams.
