Manage the day-to-day, monthly, and quarterly Manufacturing Scheduling to achieve manufacturing goals and meet customer demands, including raw materials flow, production work in progress, use of production resources, and distribution of finished product to customers. Allocated product to customers based on priority departure times in order to meet on time delivery goals across a wide customer base shipping both nationally and internationally (Canada). Create daily schedules as well as weekly schedules in order to pinpoint opportunity to balance day-to-day scheduling needs. Schedule and plan over 250 Finish Good SKUs across 15 production lines. Schedule both Salad Plant and Healthy Snacking Plant (apples, carrots). Work closely with Customer Service and Forecasting Team to pinpoint areas for opportunities to improve variances, on time deliveries, and achieve high order fill rate goals.

Was part of a management team that implemented the first startup SMT production/proto lines at Jabil West.Responsible for Supervising over 110 people in a full electronic SMT assembly operation, including multiple production lines. Responsible for productivity and efficiency measurements of the production lines.Supervised network server test departments at Jabil (Cisco, Nortel and Redback).Produced and shipped Jabil customers products with a 97% on time delivery along with a FPY of >90%.
