I have refereed at the Koori knockout, u18’s National Schoolboys and Emerging Nations World Cup. Refereeing has developed my communication skills, professionalism and maturity. I regularly manage 26 people on the field to deliver a safe, competitive and fair game. It forces me to have excellent decision-making skills, maintain a thorough knowledge and ability to apply the rules in real-time, and to be able to accomplish conflict resolution in a time-sensitive environment.
