Responsible for training and coordinating 200+ correctional officers, 16 Sergeants, 12 Lieutenants, and 4 Captains to care and house inmates for the State of Mississippi.Served on the Regional Audit Team responsible for the auditing of facility policies and procedures for 24 prisons within the Eastern Region. Traveled and conducted quality audits of all facility policies within the region for the purpose of achieveing and sustaining American Correctional Association accredidation and to meet state and federal contractual reqirements.Chief of Security in charge of air lift operations. Responsible for managing the tactical operations team tasked with safely and securely transporting offenders from Arizona state prison facilities to Indiana GEO facility via air transport.

Responsible for the day to day operations of a 220 acre event complex for county fair, concerts, trade shows, horse shows, rodeos, etc. Negotiated contracts, scheduled events, and handled all logistics and security for events, shows, etc. held at the facility.

Served with the United States Navy and Marine Corps during Operation Desert Storm as an 8404 Combat Corpsman. Responsbile for the medical care and support of U.S. Marines in training and combat operations around the world. Received 4 letters of commendation and a Navy Achievement Medal.
