Identified the web as the source of more than 15K calls monthly and $20M annual sales across life, AD&D, auto and home products.Developed new strategies to optimize affiliate marketing with more than 4,000 credit union websites linking to TruStage product pages. Increased SEO results by implementing back-linking, technical and content strategies. Launched new functionality monthly, created an online shopping experience for life insurance products and implemented new tools allowing consumers to easily compare whole vs. term life options. Tested and evaluated new interaction technologies including video chat and conversational interfaces in SMS and voice (Alexa/Google Home). Responsible for the digital VOC results and implemented TrustPilot as a key trust signal within the customer experience. Develops the product road map across the digital eco-system.
