Go To Market Operations Manager
Current- Reporting into the Director of Revenue Operations and working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to define business requirements and drive delivery for processes and systems improvements.
- Work with leadership team to identify areas of improvement, presenting findings and insights to sales & marketing leadership, GTM team, and core Rev Ops team. Use this to identify and recommend areas to improve.
- Use a continuous improvement approach, constantly question legacy ways of working to drive for improvements that create more leverage, client/prospect impact, and greater Rep productivity.
- Support the global deployment of new products across Direct and Channel.
- Successfully work across different stakeholders to prioritise projects and optimise leverage of team delivery. Prioritise and plan efforts to execute against company priorities. Ensure programmes are completed on time.
- Support training and enablement of core Sales, SDR and CS teams to optimise their utilisation of SFDC & Salesloft.
