 Working with co-workers as a team on a test and turn up process for carrier and commercial circuits and devices Working with field engineers to ensure timely setup and delivery of newly-ordered circuits to customers; ensuring correct configuration of existing circuits that require alteration (upgrade, downgrade, etc.) Working with various tools, adding and documenting different devices, also processing DNS, CMDB, ADVA FSP-NM and TACACS configuration Reading and deciphering numerous networking diagrams and drawings; logging into each device triggering alarms to validate traps that are reaching network monitoring tools Ensuring all documentation related to newly-installed or altered circuits is accurate and stored properly allowing it to be accessed and utilized in the event that it is needed for future break / fix
