The company specializes in the development and management of mid-rise mixed use commercial and multi-family projects, which are innovative and are a great place to live and do business. As Executive Vice President of Development and Operations, I am responsible for maximizing the organization’s operating performance and achieving its financial goals. I lead the operations and execution process for all Landstar’s initiative, real estate development goals and asset management, and manage company growth strategy. In this capacity, I have a broad array of responsibilities across company functions such as strategy formulation, finance, marketing, human resources management, business development, stakeholder’s relationship, as well as the day-to-day operations efficiency and responsiveness to tenant needs. I am responsible for work prioritization, budget monitoring, operational efficiency, and maintaining healthy environment, and ensuring that policies, procedures and effective systems are in place to achieve optimal results. Throughout the years I have managed obtaining complex land use / zoning approvals on various developable lends which maximize property value and have engaged in optimal lease negotiations to ensure maximal tenant occupancy and higher than market effective lease rates.
