As the industry becomes more dynamic, designers need to have enough flexibility within an architecture to allow for more targeted updates when needed and have appropriate processes defined to react and be nimble.In addition to my architectural roles, I have acted as lead over RTL design teams. I have also worked cross functionally to define optimal solutions with FW teams and with verification teams where I am a strong advocate for modern coverage driven constrained-random verification.Prior to my roles as an architect, I have had experience as an individual contributor doing RTL design, verification, simulation, CoSim, debug, synthesis, static timing analysis, timing closure as well as FPGA prototyping and lab debug.
