I have over 40 years of professional, military, and civilian combine services with the Federal Government. Recently, I have managed employees, supervisors in cross functional areas for complex medium to large stations and branch with a large number of personnel providing logistics services. The logistics services included geographic New York areas for large route and distribution, dispatch, processing centers or sales of products. Key Responsibilities included:- Led complex systems and postal operations extending beyond normal area such as special delivery, collections, and distributions.- Led, mentored, and coached large work force that included medium to large supervisory staff in general to specific functional role responsibilities. - Led and determined personnel requirements base on the volume to be processed, planned work tour schedules, adjustments accordingly to variances in actual volume and optimization. - Led in providing data for annual budget planning, controls for operating costs within budget allocations.-Reviewed production reports and evaluated them against key performance targets, corrected inefficient operations, and assess risk, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID) in the operational and management (O&M) environment.-
