Chief Program Control, Atlas Launch Vehicles: Responsible for program budgeting, cost estimation and execution for multi-million dollar Atlas II/Atlas E launch vehicle program.Chief DSCS III Engineering Division: Responsible for program technical direction for production, modifications, factory tests, launch and early orbit operations of Defense System Communication Satellites (DSCS) III. Led multi-agency engineering team in successfull completion of early operational checkout during four launches. DSCS III Satellite Subsystem Engineer: Responsible for technical aspects of production modifications, factory tests, early orbit test and operations for satellite attitude control system for DSCS III satellites. Led team multi-agency team in problem resolution of Inertial Reference Unit gyroscopes used on DSCS III/MILSTAR satellites. Direct technical coordination efforts with Geophysics Laboratory to integrate experimental static charge-coupled plasma equipment onto operational DSCS III satellite.
