Responsible for coordination of and supervision over the work of the Accounting Department, Settlements Department, Stock Inventory Department and Siedlce Region Consolidation Section employing over sixty persons as well as for reporting separate and consolidated financial statements to the Warsaw Stock Exchange.At this time taking part in a number of key projects carried out in the Company: - 2010 - 2011 reorganisation of back office operations: implementation of the plan of centralisation and process management in back office operations. Participation in development of the concept of back office consolidation before and after the implementation of SAP ERP integrated system in seven incorporated subsidiaries.- 2009 – 2011 co-ordination of works relating to the implementation of new systemic solutions enabling to separate accounting operations performed as part of the activity in a special economic zone,- 2009 working as part of a team organised in connection with the implementation of invoice electronic workflow,- 2008 - 2009 working as part of a team organised in connection with the development of business concepts and then the implementation of SAP ERP, an integrated IT system,- participation in consolidation and settlement of complex mergers and incorporations of companies: 2005 settlement of one of Poland’s first reverse mergers, 2006 incorporation of an individual company, 2010 simultaneous incorporation of seven companies.
