Lead the Internal Audit (IA) Consumer Analytics and Reporting Team. Lead a reporting team for provider of mortgage originations, servicing, risk, accounting, and finance using Hyperion Interactive Reporting and Crystal Reports. The team provided management information across all departments and functional areas, assisted in process improvement, adherence to governmental regulations, mainframe support and performance management.
