Lead a team of Internal Audit analysts responsible for the delivery of analytics, management information, and project management for the Retail Bank, Mortgage, and Holdings products.Focused on the effective support, remediation and sustainability of Consumer Regulatory Consent Orders and Enforcement Actions from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB); including Mortgage Consent Orders, Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR), and Dodd-Frank Act Stress Tests (DFAST).Worked closely with internal clients, business stakeholders, compliance committees and regulatory agencies in support of Citi's business objectives and audit plan.

Lead a reporting team for provider of mortgage originations, servicing, risk, accounting, and finance using Hyperion Interactive Reporting and Crystal Reports. The team provided management information across all departments and functional areas, assisted in process improvement, adherence to governmental regulations, mainframe support and performance management.

Lead an analytics team for provider of customer service, collections, loss mitigation, default management, recovery, investor reporting, cash administration and related services for the private equity firm.

Lead an analytics team for provider of customer service, collections, loss mitigation, default management, recovery, and related services for special servicing clients and private residential mortgage-backed securities. The management reporting group reports across all departments and functional areas; assists in performance management, process improvement, develops operations applications and works with business leadership and IT staff to define and implement host system enhancements.-Built grass roots MIS department that grew from supporting one department and site to 20 departments and three sites. -Developed a two+ terabyte data warehouse that captured all key data attributes for customers, systems and employees from a variety of host systems.-Implemented a unique customer to client relationship that aligned real business needs and expectations of an organizational leader to technically able, business savvy analysts. -Anticipated changes in the industry and successfully championed new ideas to maintain the company’s rank as a top-tier servicer.-Part of the leadership team that implemented the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) and Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative Program (HAFA) with industry leading-ideas.-Actively presented to potential 3rd party clients, regulatory agencies and internal customers in various capacities including technology, business operations and application deployments.
