As an EIC I undertake a multi-varied technical and responsible role, with expectation to be a primary point of contact both internally and to our customer. I provide technical guidance, input and direction whilst also working to support coordination of the daily operational activities to meet key targets & goals, and supporting machine availability.My key responsibilities include:- Provide ongoing operational direction to engineering team and delegate activities as per priorities.- Gantt generation/Project Management, Background research & data analysis.- Create presentation material to explain technical issues and provide solutions to customer.- Collaborate with global technical teams (US, Japan, Europe) on complex technical problems. I actively manage several projects and critical issues simultaneously with an attitude that is co-operative, industrious, conscientious and trustworthy. I desire to continuously improve my own technical and professional abilities.

As a Field Service Engineer (FSE) I was responsible for supporting all aspects of system support for Nikon scanner photolithography systems. This role was based in Leixlip, Ireland, but I have supported installation and maintenance at customer facilities worldwide including in Israel and US. This demanding role required strong analytical & data interpretation skills and flexibility to changing work patterns and meeting installation schedules. During my time in this role I developed and maintained effective working relationships with my co-workers and customers, and continued to improve my own technical and professional abilities.

Responsibilities included: Assembly programming for voice recognition development prototypes, design and assembly of RS-232 programming development board, DVT (design verification testing) and RVT (reliability verification testing) of thermal non-contact IR(infrared) and occupancy sensor for smart control heating system, testing, power & noise measurements of fan coil heaters & water-based heating systems, Creation of BOM (build of materials) and ordering of components for developing prototypes.

Engineering Intern for Glen Dimplex Innovation Team.Responsibilities included: Characterisation of thermal comfort in a test Room, utilisation of temperature data acquisition through Pico Thermal & SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) systems.

Engineering Intern for Glen Dimplex Electronics Department at Glen Dimplex R&D. Responsibilities included DVT(design verification testing) of electronic assemblies and heating products. Stress/accelerated life tests of electronic assemblies.Testing of bimetallic sensors, technical writing/editing of operational user manuals for heating products, Pre-EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) testing of heating products.
