I learned how to get to know my customer, understand their desired outcomes from their potential purchase, then fit them with the clubs that would give them the best value and performance. Understanding the customer's needs is one of the most valuable lessons I learned. I also brought a positive attitude to work everyday and made some lifelong friends.
