In this dual role, I am responsible for managing and coordinating country HR operations in Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique, and also serve as the HR Business Partner for the Crop Science Division. My core responsibilities include:- Supporting the development and implementation of the cluster Commercial strategy and leading the execution of attendant human capital strategic initiatives.- Organization design, workforce planning, and supporting the business in headcount budget management, performance management, and implementation of compensation and rewards programs.- Coordinate HR front and back office operations and the interface with global shared service centers.- Facilitating leadership and management capacity development, talent acquisition and development, and succession planning for critical talent segments.- Managing employee relations in consistency with employee experience objectives, and ensure HR policy, processes, legal, and regulatory compliance.- Promoting an organization culture that is consistent with Bayer’s corporate values.

- Supporting the development and implementation of the regional and entity level corporate strategy, and lead the execution of attendant strategy people pillars.- Drive people elements in organization transformation initiatives including alignment of organization designs, and development of entity leadership and management structures.- Lead workforce planning and support the business in headcount budget management.- Plan and drive post merger integration activities for the business and back office HR operations.- Manage HR services operations and ensure HR internal policy, process, legal, and regulatory compliance.- Facilitate leadership and management capacity development, talent acquisition and development, and succession planning for critical talent segments
