Thirty six years of heavy civil and underground construction contracting experience. Thirty two years construction experience gained through numerous heavy civil and utility projects in Florida. Primary areas of work include private and public civil works construction with emphasis in relevant FDOT projects. Construction experience began as a field engineer and superintendent, earning a Civil Engineering degree, developed skills and practice in estimating, scheduling, project management and advancing to senior leadership positions in construction contracting. A licensed Professional Engineer in Florida, active since 1988.
