The role involves preparing, packaging and configuring our Workforce Management SaaS solution for demonstrations to Chief Executives, Financial, Human Resources, Information and Technology Officers of prospect organisations. The ability to quickly think on my feet and adapt the presented solution should client requirements change or evolve during demonstrations. This role demands excellent communication and listening skills, requiring the ability to speak ‘non-techie’ plain English or at an in-depth technical level depending on the audience. Working with Sales Team colleagues for the configuration of our Workforce Management solution preparing for demonstrations.

Senior role for our Time Management System (TMS) client implementations and mentoring junior and senior implementers. I provide daily assistance to my colleague’s queries in addition to sharing product knowledge through weekly training sessions. I am also responsible for managing multiple simultaneous project life cycles for clients ranging from 100 - 5000 employees. This includes consultancy with clients to capture their rules and system requirements. Exceptional knowledge of the application, excellent communication skills and complex configuration solutions were essential to manage the client’s expectations and in line with their budgets. I delivered specialist reports, rule configurations and application training based on the clients Payroll & HR policies. Constant self up skilling about capturing client requirements & new application features knowledge & sharing knowledge are essential in this role.

My main responsibility was to resolve application issues that disrupted the service that our clients depended on. Additionally, I would assist with User training queries about the application. I developed proficient knowledge of the software and excellent communication skills in order to deliver the responsibilities of this roll. The skills developed in this roll resulted in client satisfaction and resolutions of their queries.
