I am part of a software development team that develops and manages our core business platform that serves customers in over 8 countries. My responsibilities include the development of mobile apps, management of PAYG smartphone platforms, and execution of special projects.Achievements:1. I was part of a startup within Telkom Kenya that developed the customer-centered Mobile Money Solution known as T-kash. Achievements1. Team effort in developing an attractive product proposition in a mature mobile money market.2. Worked with external engineers on development of T-kash IOS and Android Mobile Apps.3. Created credit scoring product for T-kash loans based on customer behavior on the Telkom Kenya Network and T-kash transaction history.4. Worked with engineering in consultation with Safaricom and Airtel teams to develop a portal for mobile money interoperability reversals.5. Developed a portal for disbursement payments that was used to pay Telkom sales agents.6. Worked with engineering to customize a mobile money system to send messages that were used for Customer Value Management (CVM) campaigns.7. Supported Telkom Kenya sales operations team in developing a customer SIM registration tool that is compliant with CA KYC regulations.9.
