Day to day running of a busy warehouse department working alongside 15-30 colleagues. Dealing with suppliers to make sure deliveries are running to schedule , with issues raised by colleagues , covering any department as required , setting targets for the shift and re adjusting these targets as needed.I also have a First Aid certificate so attended any calls for treatment from minor to major. Certificates also in Health and Safety in the Workplace , Accident Investigation , Disciplinary and Grievance Note taking Also from 2007 - 2009 i was recruited by ISD (infrastructure department) who work for a branch of ASDA to become part of a small team to test , validate and install a new multi-million pound computer software system , this required writing test scripts , testing each part of the software and liaising with ISD USA as and when a problem arose to help solve the issue at hand
