Currently a Senior Customer Service Representative in our Business department providing Businesses with our Internet and BizPhone VOIP services.My role involves assisting and account managing customers business grade voice over IP services. This extends to Internet Broadband services on the copper and NBN networks.Part of the role requires me to ensure the customers VOIP services are provisioned and working. I have knowledge in the area of local number porting. I'm heavily involved in the cancellation process of services and the retrieval of rental equipment.I currently project manage existing customers that upgrade their current connections from legacy broadband to NBN services. This also includes customers to relocate from one location to another. The process I manage ensures that the customers account changeover is smooth and seamless from sign up to activation. By doing so any account clean ups post sale to reduce any additional effort on the part of the customer. We hope to improve this process further making relocation and upgrade cleanups more streamlined.

Customer Service Representative for iiNet in their Perth Contact Centre.I have been involved with many different customer service departments including; Billing, Sales, Support, Solutions, Faults and techii.Each department I have attained knowledge and experience that I now put to use in my Senior Customer service role.

Worked for BigW as a Night fill associate. The role included stock handling, stock takes and keeping a high standard in store presentation. Each night we would fill the store ready for the next days trading. On nights where the store continued trading, we provided customer assistance on the products we sold.The role was part time whilst I was studying at TAFE.Upon starting work at iiNet, I continued this role as another source of income and also because the staff I worked with were awesome!
