This was world wide and at times included extensive traveling over periods of timeFAT/SAT of systems before/after installation.Follow up of customer both before and after system installation. All customers were outside of Norway, so all communication was in English.Responsible for IT requirements specifications and purchase. Management and operations of digital ticketing system delivered by ERG. Including depot servers for the handling of transactions from ticket machines inside buses, POS system and ticket machines for buses. Also responsible for AP solutions in the depots.Cooperation with responsible manager to secure uptime and optimization of services.Technical user support, IT-support and counseling by phone and remote support solution.Application/OSMicrosoft Windows server 2008 og 2003.Microsoft Windows 7.Microsoft Office products.ERG software.

1-3 line support. Support via mail, phone and remote desktop solutions. Responsible for troubleshooting and fixing ticket issuing machines and travel card validation machines.Responsible for stocking of ticket issuing machines and card validation machines out on the depots.Troubleshooting ticket issuing machines in buses and trams. Responsible for installation of ticket systems inside bus and trams. Including cabling, wiring, GPS, etc..Installation and troubleshooting of Cisco Access Points on depots.Responsible for time relay installation in all of Oslo Sporveiers buses and trams. This was a 6 month project at nighttime and in this period i was responsible for: Buying material, responsible for 6 hired electricians and reporting the progress to Oslo Sporveier.
