I am an Office Support Assistant at Step by Step Learning Group Inc., a company that provides personalized learning to children with special needs and psychological assessments. I work with a team of educators and psychologists, offering administrative and technical support to ensure the smooth delivery of our services. I have over three years of work experience in various roles, such as customer service representative, retail cashier, baseball umpire, and office administration assistant. Through these jobs, I have developed skills in customer service, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and software applications. I am passionate about education, software, and sports, and I enjoy helping others achieve their goals and potential.I am currently pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Software Development at Mohawk College with a view at also acquiring a bachelor’s degree in Digital Health, where I am learning about computer software technology and techniques as well as in the future how technology is used in the healthcare industry and how we can use technology to improve both patient care and improve the efficiency in the workplace. I have also attended a semester each at Brock University and Sheridan College, where I studied Sports Management & Computer Science respectively. I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to enhance the quality and efficiency of our learning programs and to contribute to the success and satisfaction of our clients.
