Resposibilitieso Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.o Match invoices to cheques, obtain all signatures for cheques and distribute cheques accordingly.o Reconciling bank and supplier statements on monthly basis.o Maintain general ledger accounts and related activities for the production of financial statements and reports.o Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms.o Administration of petty cash and posting.o Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.o Statutory payments and preparation of withholding tax certificates upon deductions and issuing them to suppliers.oReporting to and any other duties assigned to me by the Finance Director.
