As a highly skilled Process Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology, I bring a unique blend of technical knowledge and hands-on experience to my current role at GRAIL, Inc. where I focus on supporting and transferring products, processes, and technologies from R&D into operations. My experience working with cross functional teams, using Six Sigma methods and analyzing data from multiple sources has enabled me to help provide various team leaders with information related to operator efficiency, throughput capacity, and system uptime while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. Prior to GRAIL, I was a Research and Development Project Manager and a Scientist at Interpace Pharma Solutions. While I was at Interpace Pharma, I developed, optimized, validated, and lead several next-generation sequencing assays. I am experienced in various molecular biology techniques, including Sanger sequencing, gene expression by PCR, SNP genotyping, and nucleic acid extraction methods.
