I am currently advancing through my Level 2 Diploma in Safe working practice in the wind turbine industry.

Responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance, identifying and repairing faults to various types of machinery and diesel plant equipment. Able to strip down and rebuild heavy diesel engines in order to diagnose and repair faults. Demonstrated a rigorous approach to health and safety and risk management when working in extremely challenging and hostile environments in order to maintain operational effectiveness Interpretation of complex technical manuals and engineering diagrams.  Managing the work allocation, performance and welfare of technical and non-technical teams. Delivering staff training, ensuring that all individuals are of the correct capability levels to carry out their duties. Acknowledging the problem stated on a vehicle and using both experience and knowledge to provide a solution. Responsible for the accountability and calibration of special testing tools and equipment. Developing and improving processes to ensure the smooth running of the daily operations. Subject matter expert on the Warrior Armoured Fighting Vehicle for failure diagnosis and the resolution of repairs and technical queries.
