 15 years of extensive working experience on various engineering practices involving quality assurance/quality control which emphasis of inspection and testing during fabrication/erection industrial projects and mechanical piping/welding inspection activities. My Experience includes the inspection of various types of Coatings like Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) Coating, Baked Phenolic Epoxy (BPE) Coating, 3-Layer External Polyethylene (PE) Coating, 3-Layer External Polypropylene (PP) Coating, Zinc Coating (Galvanizing), Liquid Coatings and others on the Internal / External Surfaces of Carbon Steel Pipes, Fittings, Spools in accordance with Project Specification / required. Well experienced in supervision on installation of pre formed type insulation for steam pipeline application, blanket type with wire mesh insulation. Monitor plural components of modified spray machine for Passive Fire Proofing. Visual inspection during application of Cementitious/intumescent coatings and installation of Pin and wire mesh requirement of PFP. Will experience of THERMAL SPRAY COATINGS/Trainer (Arc & Flame). Well Experienced in VENDOR INSPECTION for different Systems of Liquid Coating / Painting of Carbon Steel Piping, Structural Steel, API Storage Tanks, Petrochemical & Fertilizer equipment like Pressure Vessels, Columns & Industrial Components / Accessories, Piping and Modularized Structures for On-shore and Off-shore Platforms and other heavy Steel Structures, Fire hydrants, Valves and other equipment on External / Internal Surfaces. The Inspection activities covers all the stages like In-Process, Follow-up and Final Inspection on Shop and Site location based on approved Inspection & Test Plan, Standards and Project Specification. Well Familiar with all the Engineering Standards, Material Specification, Inspection Requirements, Level of Inspections, Applicable Code & other relevant to Mechanical-Welding-Coating-Insulation & Passive Fireproofing activities. 
