In 2004 and 2005, I was an assistant judge of the Supreme Administrative Court. I give regular lectures at the Masaryk University in Brno and speak at international conferences. I am the co-author of the commentary on the Czech Competition Act and the author and co-author of dozens of articles. I am a founding member of the “Rozumné právo“ platform and a member of the editorial boards of the journals Antitrust and Oxford Competition Law.In 2017, I was named one of the six most innovative lawyers in the Czech Republic.Loving husband and father of two sons.
