With over 30 years of project delivery experience in the public and private sectors, I am a seasoned professional who can help public agencies deliver quality projects on time and under budget. As the Southern California Municipal Services Director at MNS Engineers, I oversee the design, construction, and management of various public works projects, ranging from libraries and community centers to roadways and infrastructure.I also serve as a Principal Consultant at Newman Team Inc., a women-controlled small business that provides services to government agencies in the areas of city infrastructure project management. In addition, I am a board member at BRIDGE TO HOME SCV, a non-profit organization that works to plan, design, and construct a homeless shelter in the SCV. I am passionate about improving the quality of life and the environment in my community, and I leverage my skills and credentials as a licensed civil engineer and land surveyor to achieve this goal.
