Specializing in big data visualization through open-source platforms, programmed with Python.Extremely advanced with Bokeh, and associated big data libraries, holoviews, datashader, geoviews, pandas, dask, numpy, sql, sqlite3, elasticsearch, mongodb.Advanced in many visualization tools, as well as various tools leading up to visualization using python matplotlib, altair, folium, ggplot, osmnx, networkx,plotly(python scripting),seaborn, mpl, etc and competent in various cross communication tools to project through a variety of languages using python for; json, vega, shell scripting, html, xml, etc.Capable of sorting and applying various algorithms on large data sets, from machine learning, coordinate projection, curvature calculations, rotational distance to speed and time, to anything in-between. Can create custom computations to fit data needs, vs importing a library to ensure finest grain control over data crunching.Most skilled on Linux systems, very competent on windows based systems, but development environments within Linux support far more customization. Can use any Linux distribution, most used is Gentoo, with python2, python3, java, scala, bash, perl,ruby,c languages active in one environment. Development environment is best supported for my use, as native package manager is python based, and custom compilation is more easily focused towards whatever goals may be needed.
