I am a Director in AECOM's dynamic and experienced cost management division, with particular emphasis on building engineering services and mission critical led projects. Our large team of dedicated MEP cost managers enable my department to provided effective and cutting edge professional consultancy services to our clients, across all sectors of the construction industry, to ensure construction costs are controlled at all stages of a project.I have extensive experience gained from successfully cost managing projects from inception to completion over the last 20 years in the data centre, commercial, university, leisure, residential and higher education sectors. I am a team player and experienced in developing and running teams of cost managers on small to large scale projects for the benefit of my clients, my firm and the people working with me. SineQN provides strategic project and cost management consultancy services on complex and challenging mission critical construction projects.I head a team of dedicated and experienced cost managers, who's aim is to provide class leading cost management services right from initial feasibility stages through to project completion and final account agreement.

Together with a fellow Partner, I ran a dedicated department of building services cost management specialists within G&T LLP. We built up a class leading group with experience from both private practice, contracting and design consultancy backgrounds. My teams experience ranged trhough all sectors of the construction industry, particularly in the area of critical business systems i.e. data centres, plant upgrades, resilience projects etc.
